The PVC production waste is sorted on our premises
according to type/systems, colour and quality, after
which it is ground and separated from any foreign bodies.
Our treatment plants process over 1,250 metric tons a
month. The plants are designed in such a way as to
allow fine PVC components and protective film to be
removed from the material flow during the grinding
process by means of an air separator. All the treatment
plants in our company are equipped with metal separators
which eliminate the smallest of metal particles.
The PVC granulate from our production is then reused
in the extrusion of building and window profiles, as well
as sewage pipes and cable conduits.

We receive PVC production waste almost exclusively
from plastic window production facilities and PVC window
profile extruders in Germany and abroad.
We have developed a special collecting system which
ensures flexible and reliable delivery from the production
facilities.
We provide our customers with high-capacity containers
and/or galvanised skeleton containers in various numbers
and sizes (1 m³, 2 m³, 2.5 m³). Full containers are
either exchanged on customer demand or at specified
intervals.
